New Assignment

Last night was our Assignment Night.  This is where we found out what aircraft Joel would be flying and where we will be stationed next. 
Here is what we found out.
Joel will be flying the C-5 Galaxy.  It is the hugest plane. ;)  Not even sure how it gets in the air or stays in the air, but it does.

We will be stationed at Dover AFB in Deleware.  We are really excited.  He is pretty pumped about the plane, and we kind of know that area already.  We will only be a little over an hour from Joel's brother Dave and his wife and 4 kids so that will be nice.  We have not been that close to family since we got married 8 1/2 years ago.  Lydia is super excited to be able to play and get to know her cousins.  We are really looking forward to this assignment, and it will be nice to be in the same place for 4 or 5 years as opposed to being in "Transition" for the past 2 years.
We will probably be moving around summertime.  We will know a much better timeframe in a couple of weeks.  Please pray for us as we prepare to move yet again and all the details that have to be dealt with such as housing, schooling, church, and all the other stuff.
Not sure how much time I will have to blog between now and then, but I will try and keep you all up to date.
